EVISU offers a 14-day return period for all authentic denim and apparel items, provided they are in their original, unwashed condition with all security tags intact. We strive to ensure your premium shopping experience remains seamless from purchase to potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your EVISU account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, authenticity cards, and spare buttons are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the garments before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
