How can I ensure my EVISU products are authentic?
Every EVISU garment comes with a unique authenticity tag. You can verify your product by scanning the QR code or entering the serial number on our official authentication portal.
What is your return policy for denim and apparel?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and the security seal intact. Please note that customized or hemmed denim cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via premium couriers. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the unique character of raw denim, we recommend avoiding washing for the first six months. When necessary, hand wash cold inside out and air dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
